What makes NEXT SOCIETY different?

We hand craft every piece in our own facilities, eliminating mark-ups and middle-men. We pride ourselves on being vertically integrated offering Factory-to-Consumer products.

We are more than just a brand. We are a community that wants to have a positive impact on Society and the world by championing discussions around real issues we all face, whilst providing solutions and prevention methods using our ‘MOVEMENT’ page.

We have selected the Child Rescue Coalition as our current charity, who rescues children from sexual abuse by building technology for law enforcement, to track, arrest and prosecute child predators. 10% of all revenue is donated to their cause.

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR CHARITIES?

This one’s tricky! When it comes to selecting the charities we work with, honesty is our #1 priority. It is not uncommon for people to have their reservations when it comes to finding a charity they can fully trust. Rest assured we put in hours of research and reviewed the most transparent reputable organizations with a fine-tooth comb.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping will be calculated according to weight and size of the package at checkout.

Free shipping on US orders.

Free international shipping on orders over $250.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, sorry!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 5-7 days to arrive. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

LOST PACKAGE?

If your package is lost in transit, please email contact@nextsociety.la ASAP! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to the selected address.

Note that the 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.

WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the NEXT SOCIETY newsletter to stay in the loop. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

Our NEXT SOCIETY classics will be available year round with new seasonal colors and variations in design. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. Our limited capsule collections and collaborations are numbered and never restocked.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our products are designed in Los Angeles and manufactured in Turkey.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

LEATHER:

Protect your product from excessive heat or wet conditions.

Limit exposure to direct heat or sunlight.

If your product gets wet, leave it to dry naturally away from heat sources.

Do not use chemical cleaners on your product.

Store in the provided NEXT SOCIETY dust bag.

And remember, leathers get more distressed with use. But just like fine wine, it gets better with time

ARE NEXT SOCIETY PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?

We care about our planet! We do our best to be as sustainable as possible by using Organic Cottons, recycled only using recycled Leathers. Our Leathers are ethically sourced, we ONLY use skins ALREADY disposed of and recycle them into products that are made to last. This is how we came up with the term “Green Leather”. We will continue the efforts in minimizing our footprint and incorporating more recycled textiles.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Since a portion of our sales go to various Charities, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
