How is your information managed? What do we know? – When you create an account, share your story on our Movements page and when you finalize a purchase; information, otherwise known as data, is being sent and received by our servers, your computer and everyone in-between. What we know is what we receive from you, this type of data can be the way your browse within the store, which pages you visit and where you are connecting from, all of this information is only used internally for means to improve your browsing and shopping experience.
How do we get your consent?
When you provide us with personal data in any shape or form, through card verification methods, payments, transactions, shipping and billing or returning a purchase, we imply that as you willingly and consensually giving us said data to collect, analyze and study in order to provide you with the service you have requested alongside future improvements on our end. We may also ask for your information outside the standard applications for our website, such as email and telephone. A legitimate act of consent occurs when you willingly give us this information where the context is to provide us personal details for desired results.
How do I withdraw my consent?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our server stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCIDSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCIDSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Generally, third party providers used by us are carefully selected to match the same, better or equivalent privacy practices to ensure user privacy is paramount. These third-parties will occasionally receive information about you from us in order to fulfill a certain service or function, only non-extraneous data about you is provided. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own legal documentation stating how they use an individuals information. We recommend you get acquainted with them as well, ensuring full transparency in written format. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. NEXT SOCIETY follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, NEXT SOCIETY uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

We communicate with users who subscribe to our services on a regular basis via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, users cannot opt-out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.
However, we provide you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if you do not want to receive other types of communication from us, such as emails or updates from us regarding new services and products offered on the Sites. The opt-out choice may be exercised by ticking or un-ticking the appropriate box if such checkbox is available at the points where personal data is collected or by contacting us. We will process your unsubscribe request as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed. By using the site and providing your mobile phone number, you hereby consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded telemarketing calls and text messages from or on behalf of us at the mobile number that you provide at sign-up. You understand that consent to receiving messages on your mobile device is not a condition of purchase and understand that message and data rates may apply. Additionally, should you choose to stop receiving such messages, please reply STOP to a text messages once it is received. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to grant permission, participate in, monitor and/or guide their online activity.
NEXT SOCIETY does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, NEXT SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that NEXT SOCIETY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, NEXT SOCIETY shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
